A video refereeing (VAR) system is a support tool for referees on the pitch. The use of video refereeing in football was included in the 2018-19 edition of the Laws of the Game and was successfully implemented at the 2018 FIFA World Cup™. Since then, the system has been implemented in more than 100 competitions around the world.
Today, VAR-style technology arrives at ZaresCup, making the experience a unique moment, taking you to the highest level like professional teams.
Our VAR-style camera equipment assists the referee with the decision-making process in four situations that determine the outcome of matches:
Goals and fouls that result in a goal Penalty decisions and fouls that result in such decision
Direct red cards
(not second yellows or cautions) Mistaken identity
Our ZaresCup team constantly monitors the match to detect obvious errors related to these four situations.
The team contacts the referee only in the event of clear errors or serious incidents that are overlooked.
