A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do VAR no futebol foi inclu\u00edda na edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2018-2019 das Leis do Jogo e implementada com sucesso no Campeonato do Mundo da FIFA\u2122 2018. Desde ent\u00e3o, o sistema foi adotado em mais de 100 competi\u00e7\u00f5es em todo o mundo.<\/p>
